There seems to be much confusion and disappointment as people come together in state and local groups under the umbrella of American Contingency. Beyond the unthink and shallow devotion operating in the cult of Mike Glover for which he is blameless, three areas represent significant challenges for groups across the country: member services, public services, and organization building.
Member Services

How do we help each other?

Ambiguous promises for unlikely armed rescues on demand sounds more like a con - if not legally or capably practicable. On the other hand, analyzing preps, helping out with builds (roof rainwater catchment, solar installations, raised gardens, etc.), transporting prep-related goods and materials, etc. are needed services. Building relationships with local farmers and brokering group buys would also be helpful in the face of supply chain hiccups.
Public Services

How do we help others?

Supporting your local community can strengthen your community, provide intel, build strategic relationships, and extend recruitment. Whether you task individuals or approach orgs as an org, the group can provide a variety of public services including food bank support, prison ministries, leaf collection, etc. Some services can even be monetized.
Organization Building

How do we build and grow strong, resilient, and healthy organizations?

Good governance and administration, active and effective fundraising, dynamic recruiting and member engagement, and transparency and trust are key to a successful group. There's no place for petty tyrants and co-dependent, victimized followers in an American Contingency group. Leadership, honor, compassion, and good communication are demanded at every level.
