Re: Capability/capacity building
8SEPT20

ALCON,

We are establishing an AmCon capability across the New England states; Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut.

We have established a support staff comprised of experienced individuals to support the AmCon mission across the aforementioned geographical locations. The best way to describe this staff is as a force multiplier that will facilitate your ability to organize, train, and conduct operations. Think of it as an ODA dropped in to assist as you act locally to get your local AmCon element organized, trained and ready.

We will provide for training and advisory services. We are here to advise. You will command yourselves and your units.

Task organization is crucial to your success. Amateur's talk tactics while professionals talk logistics. The most important elements you need to task organize now are your service and support capabilities and capacities. Communications, intelligence support, medical support, transportation support, engineering support and everything else you need to keep your AO secure. Yes, "shooters" are important. The difficult part is in keeping that "shooter" supported. Fed, clothed, clean, rested and otherwise operational. If you had to establish a blocking position to prevent insurgent elements from entering your community how would you; decide where to best place it? Know who in the AOR is a potential threat? Know insurgent courses of action as they encounter your BP? How will you staff the BP? How will you communicate from the BP to a Ops Center or control element? How do you feed personnel at the BP? How do you relieve them? What's the rest plan? Do you have engineer support for barricades? Medical support or means to evacuate casualties? Media engagement plan? Lots to consider and we are here to assist you in answering these questions.

We will hold our first event in a centralized location so attendance will be possible for as many New England based AmCon members as possible. We plan to hold the first event in mid-October. We will expect each state to establish a staff, similar to what we are building, to support activities in your home state.

We will establish AmCon Task Force New England as a locals page imminently as a means of communicating with the members. Additional means of communication will be provided at a later date.

A note on "lists": Did you think you were going to stand up to the totalitarians and not attract attention? Yes, they have a list. It's called the known allies list and you ain't on it. Meaning they have a list of their friends. You aren't one of their friends. Hence you're all on the list already. AmCon will be targeted by official and unofficial organizations. SPLC, ADL, other leftist allied groups and government agencies for monitoring. It is what it is. Conduct yourselves appropriately.

More to follow in the near term.

END//
